How do I return an item?

When returning orders it is important that you first contact us and request to return your order.  You will be provided with instructions and the correct return center address for your order.


If you made your purchase from our store via a marketplace like EBAY or AMAZON, etc. then you must log into your marketplace buyer account and view your order history page to initiate the returns process.

Wig Aisle is committed to providing each customer with quality products and exceptional customer service. We value you as a customer and appreciate your business. Our desire is that you are satisfied with the items that you purchase. Therefore we have implemented a return policy that allows you to return items for which you are not satisfied.


  • In order to verify your account, requests for returns will only be honored through communication received using the REQUEST A RETURN link in your Buyer's account on your Order History page.

  • Refer to our Exchange Policy for items being returned for exchange.

  • WE ACCEPT RETURNS ON ITEMS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY. Returned items must be in new condition and include all original product packaging, product packing materials and accessories.

  • When removing the item to review it, take special care when handling the item and its packing materials. Do not alter the item in any way or the item will not be eligible for return. Refer to the instructions below for cost saving information on returning your shipment.

  • Properly and neatly repack the item with its packing materials and in its product packaging to protect it during the return transport. Do not apply tape or attach any other material to the product's packaging.  Items that are repackaged  improperly when returned will be assessed a restocking fee.

  • Your return will be refunded according to our policy as we do not issue store credits. Refunds are processed within 14 business days after receipt.

  • All US orders that are returned, refused or non-deliverable will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 15%.

  • All Non-US orders that are returned, refused or non-deliverable will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of  25%.

  • Items received after 30 days of delivery will be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 40% (US) or 50% (Non-US).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • You will be contacted for items that do not qualify for a return.
