How do I return an item?
When returning orders it is important that you first contact us and request to return your order. You will be provided with instructions and the correct return center address for your order.
If you made your purchase from our store via a marketplace like EBAY or AMAZON, etc. then you must log into your marketplace buyer account and view your order history page to initiate the returns process.
Otherwise use the form below to request a return.

Wig Aisle is committed to providing each customer with quality products and exceptional customer service. We value you as a customer and appreciate your business. Our desire is that you are satisfied with the items that you purchase. Therefore we have implemented a return policy that allows you to return items for which you are not satisfied.

In order to verify your account, requests for returns will only be honored through communication received using the REQUEST A RETURN link in your account on your Order History page.

WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY.

You will be provided with a PRE-PAID return shipping label.

When reviewing the item, take special care when handling the item and its packing materials. Do not alter the item in any way or the item will not be eligible for return.

Properly and neatly repack the item with its packing materials and place it back into its product packaging to protect it during the return transport. Do not apply tape or attach any other material to the product's packaging.

Do not reduce or remove the product packaging or compress the item into a return shipping container that is too small.

The condition of your return is the primary determining factor for assessing restocking fees. Items that are not in their new original condition, are missing any original product packaging or tags or are repackaged improperly for their return transit will be assessed a restocking fee.

All US orders that are returned, refused or non-deliverable may be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 20%.

Orders received after 30 days of delivery may be assessed a minimum restocking fee of 30%.

Expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

You will be contacted for items that do not qualify for a return.
